Abstract

Diwas Firmilah. 2020. The Effect of Work Environment, Training, and Compensation on Human Resource Performance at the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pinrang Regency,
supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Herry Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work environment, training and compensation on employee performance (2) the effect of work environment, training, and compensation simultaneously on employee performance (3)
the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.
The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census), where all populations were sampled as many as 46 employees. Data Analysis Using Multiple Regression Analysis The results showed that (1) the work environment has a partially positive effect on employee performance with a value of 6.146, training has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of 2.363, and compensation has a positive effect on performance with a value of 2.395 (2) simultaneously Work Environment,Training,
and Compensation has a positive and significant effect with a value of 44.006 (3) The work environment is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance with a value of 6.146.
