Abstract

Baharuddin. 2020. The Effect of Motivation and Work Experience on Work Productivity through Employee Compensation at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office
of Pinrang Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Asri.
This study aims to see and analyze (1) the direct influence of motivation and work experience on employee compensation at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Pinrang Regency (2) the direct effect of motivation and work experience on employee work productivity at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Pinrang Regency (3) Indirect influence of motivation and work experience on work productivity through
employee compensation at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Pinrang Regency.
The research design used a research survey. The research location is at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Pinrang Regency. The research was conducted from October to November 2019. The population in this study were all employees of the Pinrang District Tourism, Youth and Sports Office, equipped with 52 people. The research sample was taken using saturated sampling technique (census). Which
determines the population population as a sample of 52 employees of the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique used is
path analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant direct effect of motivation and work experience on employee obligations at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Pinrang Regency (2) there is a positive and significant effect directly on motivation and work experience on employee work productivity at the Tourism
Office. , Youth and Sports of Pinrang District (3) there is a positive and indirect effect of motivation and work experience on work productivity through competing employees
at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Pinrang Regency.
