This study aims to determine how PT Antam's financial performance is based on the vertical-horizontal method and financial ratios. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive.
This study showed the financial performance of PT Antam Tbk in 2014-2018 using the vertical method in the statement of financial position and income statement was optimal but still fluctuating. While the 2014-2018 financial performance used the horizontal method in the statement of financial position and the income statement was less than optimal from year to year and has not been consistent in obtaining profit.
The financial performance of PT Antam Tbk in 2014-2018 in terms of liquidity is very good, but in terms of solvency and profitability still not good. While the financial performance of PT Antam Tbk in 2014-2018 compared to other
similar types in terms of liquidity is very good with the results of thirteen ratios of the total fifteen liquidity ratios studies are above the industry average standard.
And in terms of solvency is not good with the results of ten ratios out of a total of the fifteen solvency ratios studied were above the industry average. And in terms of profitability is very good with the results of nine ratios out of a total of fifteen profitability ratios studied were above the industry average standard.
