PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN CAMAT, KEDISIPLINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN BACUKIKI BARAT KOTA PAREPARE

This research aims to examine and analyze (1) the effect of sub-district leadership, discipline, and work motivation toward employee performance in West Bacukiki District of Parepare (2) the most dominant variable affects employee performance.
This research is a quantitative with a survey research design. The population used all employees of the West Bacukiki District in Parepare with 42 people. Determination of the sample is done using the saturated sample technique, which uses all elements of the population for the sample. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) sub-district leadership, discipline, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously toward the employee performance of West Baccuki Sub-district employees (2) work motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of West Baccuki Sub-district in Parepare.
