This study aims to determine (a) work motivation has a partial effect on increasing employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Financial and Revenue Management Office (b) partially working environment on improving employee performance at the Bulukumba Regency Financial and Revenue
Management Office (c) work motivation and work environment simultaneously on improving employee performance at the Regional Revenue and Finance Management Agency Office of Bulukumba Regency.
The management sample in this study was 94 number of people who were become employees at the Regional Finance Agency Office of Bulukumba Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection methods using
a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results of the study show that (a) work motivation partially affects the improvement of employee performance at the Regional Finance and Revenue Office of Bulukumba Regency. (b) the work environment partially affects the
improvement of employee performance at the Regional Revenue and Finance Management Agency Office of Bulukumba Regency. (c) motivation and work environment simultaneously have an effect on improving employee performance at the Regional Revenue and Finance Management Agency Office of Bulukumba
Regency.
