Rika Febrianti. 2019. The Factors that Affect Customers Satisfaction toward Using BRILink Product Services in Towuti District, East Luwu Regency".Supervised by Mariah.
This study aims to: (1) know whether ‘benefits’, ‘convenience’, and‘security’ partially influence toward customers satisfaction using BRILink product service in Towuti District, East Luwu Regency. (2) know whether benefits,convenience, and security have simultaneous effects toward customers satisfaction using BRILink product service in Towuti District, East Luwu. (3) know whether the most influential variable toward customers satisfaction using
the BRILink product service in Towuti District, East Luwu.
The data of this study was obtained from the questionnaire (primary) by taking 97 respondents which use BRILink products. Furthermore, analysis of the data used in this study was multiple linear regression by using SPSS 22.
The results of this study indicate that the ‘benefits’, ‘convenience’, and ‘security’ variables have positive and significant effects simultaneously and partially toward customer satisfaction using BRILink product services in Towuti District, East Luwu. Furthermore, variable that had the most significant influence toward customer satisfaction in BRILink product service in Towuti District, East Luwu was security.
