Abstract

Putri Sylviani. 2021. The Effect of Work Engagement and Human Capital toward Employee Performance at PT. Raja Pump Mega Indo in Makassar, mentored by Ridwan.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work engagement on employee performance at PT. Raja Pompa Mega Indo in Makassar (2) the effect of human capital on employee performance at PT. Raja Pompa Mega Indo in Makassar
(3) the dominant variable influencing employee performance at PT. Raja Pump Mega Indo in Makassar. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) work engagement has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance at PT. Raja Pompa Mega Indo in Makassar (2) Human capital has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Raja Pompa Mega Indo in Makassar (3) the dominant variable affects the performance of employees at the company
PT. Raja Pump Mega Indo in Makassar is work engagement.
