Nurul Inayah Marsuandi. 2022. The Effect of Promotion, Product Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Yotta Branch Agus Salim Gowa, supervised by Un Dini Imran and
Sofyan Hamid Indar.
This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, product quality, and price partially and simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Yotta Agus Salim Gowa Branch and
the most dominant variables influencing consumer satisfaction at Yotta Agus Salim Gowa Branch.
The research sample is 100 respondent swhoare consumer sof Yotta Branch Agus Salim Gowa. This study uses quantitative data types and multiple linear regression analysis methods.
The results of this study indicate that (a) promotion variables have a negative and insignificant effect while product quality and price have a positive and partially
significant effect on customer satisfaction at Yotta branch Agus Salim Gowa (b) promotion variables, product quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on Simultaneous on consumer satisfaction at Yotta branch Agus
Salim Gowa (c) the price variable is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction at Yotta branch Agus Salim Gowa.
