This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio on the return on equity (ROE) in the Household Appliances Industry Sub�Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) simultaneously
(2) the influence of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio to return on equity (ROE) in the Household Appliances Industry Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) partially (3) the variables that have the most dominant influence on Return On Equity (ROE) in Appliances Industry Sub-Sector Companies Households Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative. The data source used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The number of research samples is 4 companies.
Based on the results of the study using the T test and F test, it was stated that (1) The current ratio and debt to equity ratio variables have a significant simultaneous effect on Return On Equity (2) The current ratio and debt to equity ratio variables have no partial effect on Return On Equity (3) The most dominant variable on Return On Equity in Household Appliances Industry Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are Current Ratio (CR).
