ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN TIKET PESAWAT PADA PT. CAHAYA MAFADA WISATA DI MASA ENDEMI

The research aims to find out (a) whether the implementation of the marketing mix strategy can increase sales, (b) does the product marketing strategy analysis affect the increase in ticket sales at PT. Cahaya Mafada Wisata during endemic.
The sampling uses a Homogeneous Sampling in purposive sampling approach with company employees as samples. Data collection using interview, observation and document collection then analysed in three stages (1) data collection, (2) analysis, (3) decision making.
The results found that (a) PT. Cahaya Mafada Wisata uses incentives, free umrah tickets, and the convenience of rescheduling departure as promotions (b) Product marketing channels are conducted to consumers/travel agents both directly and through social media (c) ticket prices are determined through the system and calculation of the right
difference taking into account aspects of inflation and fuel prices, government policies and regulations (d) analysis of marketing strategies that affect the increase in ticket sales because of consistent support and good service so as
to gain the trust of more than 200 travel agents, especially in the eastern region so that the sales increase in turnover triple by 2022.
