Abstract

Muhammad Emil Salim. 2022. Effect of Compensation and Work
Environment on Employee Performance at CV Dee Prima Management, supervised by Ridwan and Yuswari Nur.
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environmentpartially and simultaneously on employee performance at CV Dee Prima Management, as well as the most dominant variable on employee performance at CV Dee Prima Management.
The research sample was 33 respondents who were employees of
CV Dee Prima Management. This study uses the multiple linear regression analysis methods and the data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that (a) the variable
'compensation', and 'work environment' have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performanceat CV Dee Prima Management, (b) the variable 'compensation', and 'work environment'have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at CV Dee Prima Management, and (c) the variable 'work environment' is the most dominantvariable that affecting employee performance at CV Dee Prima Management.
