The population in this study was 68 employees at PT Hadji Kalla Alauddin brarrch. With the Slovinformula, tlw number of samples was 4l respondents. This study used multiple linear regression analysis by ustng the IBM Statistics Y20
sPss.
The results of this study indicated that communication and work eruvironment hwe o positive and stgnificant ffict toward employee performance both partially and simultaneously. And the most dominant variable which has a
positive and significant effect in this study woscommunication voriable.
