This study aims to determine the effect of ease, convenience, and security partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction in using the Muamalat DIN application at Bank Muamalat Makassar Branch, as well as the most dominant variable on customer satisfaction in using the Muamalat DIN application at Bank Muamalat Branch.
The research sample is 100 respondents who are customers who use the Muamalat DIN application at Bank Muamalat Makassar Branch. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis method and data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that (a) the variables 'convenience', 'comfort', and 'security' have a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Muamalat DIN application at Bank Muamalat Makassar Branch, (b) the variable 'convenience', 'comfort’, and
'security' have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction in using the Muamalat DIN application at Bank Muamalat DIN Branch, and (c) the 'comfort' variable is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction in using the Muamalat DIN application on Bank Muamalat Makassar Branch.
