This research aims to analyze the influence work motivation and work statisfaction toward employees performance at The Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar. This research use simple random sampling techniques, hased on data from 63 of The Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar employees
respondent as sample. Data used in this research were obtained from questionnaire (primary), study of literature, and interviews with parties related In the pupose of
the study. Analysis tools use classic assumption test, mutiple regression, hypothesis test,namely F test and T test.
The result showed that work motivation and work statisfaction simultaneously and significant influence on emloyees performance of The Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar. While partialy work motivation to employees performance obtained a significant effect, then forwork statisfaction to employees perfomances obtained a significanteffect. Work motivation isthe most dominant variable that affecting employee’s performance.
