The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how to determine the competitive strategy carried out by the company using SWOT analysis in the sale of Mitsubishi Xpander Cars at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in Makassar. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis.
The results of the analysis of this study regarding marketing strategies using a SWOT analysis tool, the marketing strategy that is suitable for use by companies
in increasing sales is an aggressive strategy. An aggressive strategy is a company strategy that aims to expand the market. The alternative strategy carried out by the
company through this SWOT analysis is to expand its marketing reach to remote areas, through promotions and with customer relations in order to increase customer loyalty at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar Branch.
