This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty at Café RC Teras, Bone Regency.
This research is a quantitative research with the population in Bone Regency. Samples were taken as many as 92 people with the data collection method using a questionnaire method with a questionnaire research instrument.
Data analysis in this study includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test (Simultaneous Test), t Test (Partial Test), Coefficient
of Determination Analysis (R2).
The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and price perception have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Café RC Teras, Bone Regency. The research results obtained based on the F test, namely Fcount > Ftable (83,560 > 1,661) and sig. 0.003 < 0.05 so that the variables of customer quality and price perception simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) at Café RC Teras, Bone Regency.
Service quality is the most dominant variable affecting customer loyalty at Café RC Teras, Bone Regency.
