Abstract

Sirmawati. 2021. Analysis of Marketing Strategy in Increasing Sales at CV. Kembar Dua Makassar, supervised by Mariah and Nurhaeda Z.
This study aims to (1) determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by CV. Kembar Dua Makassar (2) see what alternatives CV. Makassar Twins.
The type of analysis used by CV. Kembar Dua Makassar is a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). In the SWOT analysis, the approach used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. Tools used in the formulation of corporate strategy factors CV. Kembar Dua Makassar is using a SWOT matrix.
The results of the SWOT matrix analysis produce alternative strategies that can be done are ST, WT, SO and WO. The result is that the company's position is in quadrant 1,
namely the position of growth (growth) so as to produce alternative strategies that can be carried out by the company, including four, namely the SO strategy, utilizing strength (strength) to maximize opportunities (opportunities).
