This study aims to determine (1) to determine the effect of
indihome product quality on customer satisfaction. (2) To determine the effect of Indihome service quality on customer satisfaction. (3) To determine the effect of the Indihome network connection on customer satisfaction.
The sample in this study were 40 people who were indihome
customers at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) tbk Witel Makassar. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results showed that (1) service quality partially did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction but had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. product quality and network connection partially have a significant effect on customer buying interest at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Makassar (PERSERO) tbk Witel Makassar. (2) product quality, service quality and network connection simultaneously have a significant effect on indihome customer satisfaction at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) tbk Witel Makassar. (3) The most dominant variable influencing Indihome customer satisfaction at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) tbk Witel Makassar namely product quality and network connection.
