PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA RUMAH MAKAN BONENA DI MAKASSAR

This study aims to determine (1) The effect of product quality, price, and location partially on customer satisfaction at Bonena Restaurant in Makassar (2) The effect of product quality, price, and location simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Bonena Restaurant in Makassar ( 3) The most dominant variables between food quality, price, and location affect customer satisfaction at Bonena Restaurant in Makassar.
The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were consumers of the Bonena Restaurant in Makassar. The research used multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results of the study show that (1) Product Quality and Location had a partially significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction while Price had a partially significant negative effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Bonena Restaurant in Makassar (2) Product Quality, Price, and Location had a simultaneous effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Bonena Restaurant in Makassar (3) The variable that has the most influence on consumer satisfaction at Bonena Restaurant in Makassar is product quality.
