Abstract

Muhammad Arrham Asrial. 2023. The Influence of Service Quality and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty at PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo, supervised by Mariah and Yuswari Nur.
This study aims to determine (1) The influence of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo. (2) The influence of customer value on customer loyalty at PT.
Malatunrung Rezkindo. (3) The most dominant variable influencing customer loyalty at PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo.
This study used quantitative data types and multiple linear regression analysis methods.
The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed online to customers of PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo with a sample of 43 respondents.
The results show that (1) Service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo. (2) Customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo. (3) The most dominant customer value variable influences customer loyalty at PT. Malatunrung Rezkindo.
