Abstract

Nur Azizah Putri. 2023. The Effect of Price, Promotion, and Quality of Service on Satisfaction of Online Ojek Users Among Nobel Students, supervised by Ali Murdhani Ngandoh and Bahrul Ulum Ilham.
This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS. This study took a sample of 68 students.
The results of the study show that (1) Price has no significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction among Nobel students. (2) Promotion has
a significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction among Nobel students. (3) Quality of service has a partial effect on online motorcycle taxi user
satisfaction among Nobel students. (4) Simultaneously Price, Promotion, and Service Quality affect the dependent variable Y (User Satisfaction).
