This study aims to determine The effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Penerbit Erlangga and What variable has the most influence on the productivity of employees of PT. Penerbit Erlangga.
This research uses quantitative data types and multiple linear regression analysis methods, so research data is obtained from questionnaires that are distributed directly to employees of PT. Penerbit Erlangga with a sample of 34 respondents.
The results show that work discipline has a partial effect on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation have no partial effect on employee productivity. Compensation, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously influence the productivity of PT. Penerbit Erlangga. The variable that has the most influence on employee productivity is work Discipline.
