This study aims to determine (a) motivation, communication and work stress partially affect employee performance at PT Argus Pratama Bulukumba. (b) motivation, communication and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance at PT Argus Pratama Bulukumba (c) the most influential variable on
employee performance at PT Argus Pratama Bulukumba.
The sample in this study were 30 people who were employees of PT Argus Pratama Bulukumba. The research used multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results showed that (a) motivation, communication and work stress have an effect on employee performance at PT Argus Pratama Bulukumba. (b) motivation, communication and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance at PT
Argus Pratama Bulukumba (c) communication is the most influential variable on employee performance at PT Argus Pratama Bulukumba.
