and organizational climate simultaneously on employee performance at PT Kantor Pos Indonesia Makassar (3) To find out which one is the most dominant between the influence of work motivation, work discipline and organizational climate on employee performance at PT Kantor Pos Indonesia
Makassar.
This study used quantitative data types and multiple linear
regression analysis methods so that the research data was obtained from questionnaires that were distributedonline to employees of the Indonesian Post Office Makassar with a sample of 80 respondents.
Based on the results of the study using the t-test and f test stated that the results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant influence. And then it was concluded that work motivation, work discipline, and
organizational climate have a joint effect on employee performance.
