This study aims to determine (1) Leadership, Organizational Culture and Spirituality of the performance of the regional secretary general section of the Makassar mayor's office
partially (2) Leadership, Organizational Culture and Spirituality of the performance of the regional secretary general section of the Makassar mayor's office simultaneously (3) variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the regional secretary
general section of the Makassar mayor's office This study used quantitative data types and multiple linear regression analysis methods, so that the research data was obtained from questionnaires which were distributed offline to employees of the regional secretary general section of the Makassar mayor's office with a total sample of 36 respondents.
Based on the results of the study using the T test and F test stated that (1) leadership variable and no effect partially. (2) the variables of leadership and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on employee performance (3) the variable that has the most dominant effect on employee performance at the regional secretary for the general section of the Makassar mayor's office is spirituality.
