This study aims to determine (1) The effect of self-efficacy and adaptability partially on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Gowa Regency (2) The effect of self-efficacy and adaptability simultaneously on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Gowa Regency (3) Which variable which has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of
Gowa Regency.
The research sample consisted of 34 respondents who were
employees who worked at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gowa Regency, the researchers used multiple linear regression analysis methods by collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results show that (1) Self-efficacy and adaptability partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gowa Regency (2) Self-efficacy and adaptability simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gowa
Regency (3) The variable that has more influence on the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Gowa Regency is selfefficacy.
