Abstract

Mitrayanti, 2022. The Effect of Promotion, Products and Prices on Customer Satisfaction at the Akhwat Taylor House in Makassar City. Supervised by Mariah Dan Nurani.
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction, the effect of product on customer satisfaction and the effect of price on customer satisfaction. Collecting data using primary data obtained from consumers of home sewing akhwat in Makassar city which is then used as respondents using the Slovin formula so that the number of respondents is 94 consumers. The results of the primary data collected through the distribution of the
questionnaire have been tested with instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis.
The results showed that: partially or simultaneously the variables of promotion, product and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.
