This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Telkomsel Telecom Tbk. Makassar.
This research is a quantitative study with a population in the city of Makassar. Samples were taken as many as 100 people with data collection methods using a questionnaire method with a questionnaire research instrument.
Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), determination coefficient analysis (R2).
The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Telkomsel Telecom Tbk Makassar. The research results obtained based on the F test, namely Fcount> Ftable (199,592> 1,660) and the sig. 0.003 <0.05 so that the variables of customer quality, price and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT. Telkomsel Telecom Tbk. Makassar. Promotion is the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction at PT. Telkomsel Telecom Tbk. Makassar.
