Abstract

This study aims to determine (a) the effect of price and service quality partially on customer satisfaction at CV Expedition. Lasusua Jaya Trans. (b) The effect of price
and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction at CV Expedition. Lasusua Jaya Trans (c) the most influential variable on customer satisfaction on CV Expeditions. Lasusua Jaya Trans.
The sample in this study were 100 people who were CV Expedition consumers. Lasusua Jaya Trans using the Slovin formula. The research used multiple linear
regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results showed that (a) price and service quality partially had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at CV Expeditions. Lasusua Jaya Trans (b)
price and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at CV Expeditions. Lasusua Jaya Trans (c) The price variable
that has the most influence on customer satisfaction at CV Lasusua Jaya Trans Expeditions.
