Abstract

Andi Muh Idik Indra. 2023. Analysis of Marketing Strategy in Increasing Sales at Daewa digital, supervised by Mariah and Yuswari Nur.
This study aims to (1) determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Daewa digital (2) see what alternatives Daewa digital.
The type of analysis used by Daewa digital is a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). In the SWOT analysis, the approach used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. Tools used in the formulation of corporate strategy factors Daewa digital is using a SWOT matrix.
The results of the SWOT matrix analysis produce alternative strategies that can be done are ST, WT, SO and WO. The result is that the company's position is in quadrant 1, namely the position of growth (growth) so as to produce alternative strategies that can becarried out by the company, including four, namely the SO strategy, utilizing strength (strength) to maximize opportunities (opportunities).
