Abstract

Supervised by Fitriani Latief and Shandra Bahasoan This study aims to determine (a) Leadership Style and Work Motivation Partially Influence on Employee Performance at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto (b) Leadership Style and Work Motivation Simultaneously Affect Employee
Performance at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto (c) which variable has the most influence on Employee Performance at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto Branch The sample in this study as many as all employees who work at PT. Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto Branch of 38 people. The study used multiple linear
regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results show that (a) Leadership style and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto (b) Leadership style and work motivation simultaneously
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto (c) Variable The most influential work motivation on employee performance at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto Branch.
