This study aims to determine (1) The effect of convenience on the decision to use the Kozi Coffee application in Makassar (2) The effect of expediency on the decision
to use the Kozi Coffee application in Makassar (3) The effect of convenience and simultaneous benefit on the decision to use the Kozi Coffee application in Makassar.
The research sample consisted of 134 respondents who were customers of Kozi Coffee Makassar. This study used multiple linear regression analysis and used questionnaires to collect data.
The results show that (1) Perceived convenience has a significant influence on the decision to use the Kozi Coffee Makassar application (2) Perceived usefulness has
a significant influence on the decision to use the Kozi Coffee Makassar application (3) Perceived convenience and benefit simultaneously influence the decision to use
the application Kozi Coffee Makassar.
