Abstract

Muhammad Rizal. 2021. The Effect of Planning and Career Development, Competence and Human Resource Information Systems on Improving Employee Performance in the Education and Culture Office, Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Mashak and Fatmasari.
The research aims to analyze (1) the influence of career planning and development, competence and HR information systems partially and simultaneously on the improvement of employee performance in the Education and Culture Office in the Selayar Islands (2) the most dominant variable influencing the improvement of employee performance in the Education Office Culture in the Selayar Islands.
The design of this study used a survey research conducted at the Education and Culture Office in the Selayar Islands from November 2020 to February 2021. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Service in
the Selayar Islands totaling 57 people. The sample used is the entire population, with the sampling technique is total sampling, (census) as many as 57 employees of the
Education and Culture Office in the Selayar Islands. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a partial effect of Career Planning and Development, Competence and Human Resources Information Systems on the performance of employees at the Department of Education and Culture in the
Selayar Islands (2) Career Planning and Development, Competence and Human Resources Information Systems. simultaneous significant effect on the performance
of the staff of the Education and Culture Office in the Selayar Islands (3) Career Planning and Development (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of the staff of the Education and Culture Office in the Selayar Islands.
