PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR

This study aims to determine the partial effect of individual characteristics, work motivation, work culture of agricultural extension workers in Polewali Mandar Regency and to determine the partial effect of individual characteristics, work motivation, work culture of agricultural extension workers in Polewali Mandar Regency
and to determine the dominant variables on performance Agricultural Extension Officer Polewali Mandar Regency.
The results showed that based on the results of the T-test (partial test) indicated that individual characteristics had a positive, but not significant, effect on improving the performance of agricultural extension workers in Polewali Mandar Regency. Work motivation, work culture don’t have a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension workers in Polewali Mandar Regency.
Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F), it shows that individual characteristics, work motivation, simultaneously affect the performance of agricultural
extension workers in Polewali Mandar Regency.
The variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of agricultural extension workers is the work culture variable with the value of "standardized
coefficients eta" of 0.719 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. The contribution of the three variables of Individual Characteristics, Work Motivationand Culture is 92.6%. The remaining 7.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
