Abstract

Suriani Nur. 2021. The Effect of Competence, Discipline, and Compensation toward Employee Performance in the Personnel and HR Development Agency of Barru Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the partial and simultaneous effect of competence, discipline, and compensation on employee performance at the Barru District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (2) the most dominant factor affects employee performance at the District Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. Barru.
The method used in is a quantitative method. The sample in this study were 37 employees of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Barru Regency. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is
multiple regression analysis with the t test and F test.
The results of this study indicate that (1) competence, discipline, and compensation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Personnel and HR Development Agency of Barru Regency (2) compensation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Personnel Agency and HR Development in Barru Regency.
