Abstract

Sultan. 2021. The Effect of Human Resource Quality, Work Professionalism, and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Bantaeng Regency Regional Financial Management Agency Office, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Muhammad Hidayat.
This research was conducted at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office of Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource quality, work professionalism and compensation on the performance of employees of the Bantaeng District Financial Management Agency, both partially and simultaneously. Research data was obtained through a survey of all employees at the Bantaeng Regency Regional Financial Management
Agency, totaling 58 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS software.
The results of this study show that partially the quality of human resources, work professionalism and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Bantaeng Regency. This means that the performance of employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Bantaeng Regency will increase and even become better if the quality of the human resources of the employees is good, the professionalism of the work of the employees is good and the compensation received by the employees is satisfactory. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of human resource quality, work professionalism and compensation
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Bantaeng Regency. This means that simultaneously or together, the three variables, namely the quality of human
resources, work professionalism and compensation will increase the performance of the Regional Financial Management Agency of Bantaeng Regency. The author hopes that this situation will be maintained or improved from the current one. The quality of human resources is likely to be improved, work professionalism is expected to be further improved and compensation will be further enhanced so
that employees feel satisfied.
