Abstract

Suaty.2021.TheEffectofLeadership,WorkMotivation,andDisciplineonthePerformance of theRegional Sekretariat Employees of Pinrang Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Abdul RahmanAbdi.
This study aims to identify and analyze (1) the effect of leadership, work motivation, anddiscipline on the performance of the Regional Sekretariat of Pinrang
Regency (2) the effect of leadership, work motivation, and discipline simultaneously on employeeperformance.
This study uses a survey approach with a population of 143 employees of the Regional Sekretariat of Pinrang Regency. The research sample amounted to 105 respondents using Proportional Random Sampling. The researcher obtained data
analysis using quantitative techniques from the results of the questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that(1)Leadership has a positive and insignificant effecton employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Regional Sekretariat Office (2)
work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Regional Sekretariat Office (3) Discipline has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Sekretariat Office of Pinrang Regency (4) Leadership, work motivation,and discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Regional Sekretariat Office of Pinrang Regency.
