Abstract

Rahmat. 2021. The Influence of Education Level, Placement, Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency (supervised by Ahmad Firman and Badaruddin).
This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Education Level, Placement, Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency. When the research was conducted starting in June 2020. The study population was all employees of the
Education and Culture Office of Takalar Regency as many as 55 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a quota sampling technique, namely the technique of selecting samples that have certain characteristics in the desired quantity or quota.
The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant effect on the level of education separately (partially) on the performance of employees at the Office of
Education and Culture of Takalar Regency. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of job placement individually (partially) on employee performance at the
Office of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency. 3) There is no positive and significant effect of motivation independently (partially) on employee performance
at the Office of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership individually (partially) on the performance
of employees at the Office of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency. 5) There is a joint (simultaneous) influence on the level of education, job placement,
motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of Takalar Regency. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.766 or (76.6%). This shows that 76.6% of employee
performance is influenced by education level, job placement, motivation and leadership. Meanwhile, 23.4% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model.
