PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGOTA PADA SATUAN SABHARA POLRES SINJAI

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of leadership on the performance of members of the Sabhara Unit Polres Sinjai (2) the effect of the work environment on the performance of members of the Sabhara Unit Polres Sinjai (3) the effect of motivation on the performance of members of the Sabhara Unit
Polres Sinjai and (4) the effect leadership, work environment and motivation on the performance of members of the Sabhara Unit of the Sinjai Police.
This study uses quantitative methods aimed at testing the theory with the reality in the field through measuring the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research sample amounted to 69 people. This study uses a saturated sample and multiple linear regression analysis.
From the results of data analysis using SPSS 22, it can be seen that the t test is Leadership (X1) 3.265 > t table 1.30, so it can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the
shabara unit. T test (X2) 6.449 > t table 1.30, so it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the shabara unit. T test of work motivation (X3) 0.923 < t table 1.30, so it can be concluded that motivation has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of members of the shabara unit. Calculation of the coefficient of
determination (R2) results in 0.573, which means that the independent variable (X) is 57.3%, while 14.7% the dependent variable (Y) is influenced by other variables not examined.
