Abstract

Lilis. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue Agency, supervised by Maryadi and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue
Agency.
The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses a survey method with multiple regression analysis techniques to determine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool and uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue Agency, which amounted to 38
employees. The sample used in this study is the total population. This is because the people in this study are relatively small. Therefore, the number of pieces in this study was 38 respondents.
The results of this study indicate that (1) simultaneously leadership, discipline, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Polewali Mandar Regency Revenue Agency employees (2) partially leadership,
discipline, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Polewali Regency Revenue Agency employees.
