Abstract

Isrun Hamid. 2021. The Influence of Office Facilities, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of the P2KL Task Force at the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service, supervised by Rustan DM and Didiek Handayani Gusti.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Office Facilities, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of the P2KL Task Force at the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service, both partially and simultaneously, as well as the
most dominant variables influencing the performance of the P2KL Task Force.
This study uses a quantitative method approach, was conducted at the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service Office. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample technique, which is as many as 65 people. Methods of
data collection used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression
analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially there were a positive and significant influence of office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the P2KL Task Force, it proves that increase office facilities, work motivation or work discipline can improve the performance of the P2KL Task Force at the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service. (2) simultaneously there were a positive and significant influence of office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the P2KL Task Force, it proves that increasing office facilities, work motivation and work discipline together can improve the performance of the P2KL Task Force at the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service. (3) Partially, work discipline has the most dominant influence on the performance of the P2KL Task Force, this proves that the better the work discipline, the more the performance of the P2KL Task Force at the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service.
