Abstract

Irmansyah. 2021. The Effect of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Competence on Employee Performance of BAPPEDA Bantang Regency, supervisedby Nurdin Brasit and Muhammad Hidayat.
This research was conducted at the Bantaeng Regency Regional
Development Planning Agency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and competence on the performance of Bappeda Bantaeng employees either partially or simultaneously.
The research data was obtained through a survey of all the
Regional Development Planning Agencies of Bantaeng Regency, totaling 77 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS16 software.
The results of this study prove that it is partially proven that the leadership style, work discipline and competence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Bantaeng employees, this study also proves simultaneously that leadership style, work discipline and
competence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Regency employees.Bantaeng. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the independent variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance is the variable of leadership style with a coefficient value of 0.444 points.
