PENGARUH KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KECERDASAN SPRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR UPTB SAMSAT MAMUJU PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence partially on employee performance at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju office, West Sulawesi Province (2) the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on employee performance at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju office in West Sulawesi Province ( 3) the most influential variable on employee performance at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju office, West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on the employees at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju west sulawesi province and was conducted from may to june 2021. The research population is all employees at at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju west sulawesi province which amounts to 71 people. The selection of samples in this study was conducted using saturated sampling method by determining all
populations as a total sample of 71 employees. The analysis technique used is linear regression.
The results showed that: .1) There is a positive and significant influence on intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially on employee performance At
the UPTB Samsat Mamuju office, West Sulawesi Province (2) there is a positive and significant influence on intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on employee performance at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju Provincial office West Sulawesi (3) spiritual intelligence has the most influence on employee performance at the UPTB Samsat Mamuju office, West Sulawesi Province.
