This study was conducted at the Junior High School Level Education Unit in Bantaeng Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation, incentives and work environment on the performance of ASN at the
Junior High School Education Unit in Bantaeng Regency either partially or simultaneously.
The data obtained through a survey on all employees who are in the Junior High School Education Unit Bantaeng Regency, amounting to 40 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to
all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study show that partially motivation, incentives and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN at the Junior High School Education Unit in Bantaeng Regency. Motivation is an encouragement to be better, with the urge to be better, of course, results in good performance. Incentives are gifts or rewards for something that has been generated,
with incentives that can stimulate motivation to produce better. Meanwhile, a conducive and comfortable work environment makes employees feel at home working so that they can create good performance. Simultaneously it also shows that the variables of motivation, incentives and the environment have a positive and significant effect on ASN Performance at the Junior High School Level Education
Unit in Bantaeng Regency. This means that simultaneously where there is motivation coupled with satisfying incentives and a comfortable environment, it will create optimal performance. The author expects employees to maintain and
increase their motivation, increase their incentives and maintain a comfortable work environment to achieve optimal performance.
