Abstract
Dwi Wahyu Mulfhiani. 2021. The Effect of Infrastructure, Skills, Job Satisfaction on ASN (Civil Servant Employee) Performance at the Bantaeng Regency ersonnel and Human Resources Development Agency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
The purpose of the study is to determine (1) the effect of infrastructure on the performance of ASN at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resource Development (2) the effect of skills on the performance of ASN at the Agency for
Personnel and Human Resources Development (3) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of ASN at the Agency Staffing and Human Resources Development.
The population in this study were all civil servants and non-civil servants totaling 26 civil servants and 24 non-civil servants, with a sample of 50 people.
The data analysis techniques used are technical data analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test,Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Testing, namely t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination (R2).
The results show that (1) infrastructure, skills, job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of ASN in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Bantaeng Regency and (2) Infrastructure, skills, job satisfaction have a partial effect on the performance of ASN in the Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development of Bantaeng Regency.
