Abstract

B. Rini Iswari Pada Uleng. 2021. The Effect of Ability, Work Motivation and Work Culture toward Employee Performance at the Main Base Command Headquarters of the Indonesian Navy VI Makassar, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Harlindah Harniati Arfan.
This study aims to find out the effect of the ability, work motivation and work culture toward the performance of employees at the TNI AL VI Makassar Main Base.
This study was conducted at the Command Headquarters of the Main Base of the Indonesian Navy VI Makassar by taking 87 employees as the research sample.
The results of this study prove that partially that the ability, work motivation, and work culture affect the performance of employees at the Main Base Command
Headquarters of the Indonesian Navy VI Makassar. This research also proves that simultaneously the ability, work motivation and work culture affect the performance of
the employees at the Main Base Command Headquarters of the Indonesian Navy VI Makassar. This study produces a coefficient of determination of 84.6% which indicates
that this research model can explain that employee performance is influenced by 84.6% of this research variable and 15.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in
this study.
