Abstract

Fitriani. 2021. The Effect of Provision of Incentives, Quality of Human Resources and Organizational Commitment to the Performance of the Contact Provider of Data on the Implementation of the Gowa Regency Government Implementation Report, supervised by Syamsul Alam and Haeranah Alwany.
This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of providing incentives, the quality of human resources and commitment to performance partially and simultaneously (2) to find out which variables have the most dominant effect on performance.
The research was carried out from December 2020 to January 2021 at the Gowa Regency Government. Based on the contact population of the regional administration report data provider as many as 54 people, the entire population
was determined to be the sample (total sampling), namely 54 respondents. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing
hypotheses using multiple linear models.
The results showed that (1) presenting incentives had a partial significant effect on performance where tcount was 4.985 > ttable was 2.007 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The quality of human resources has no partial effect
on performance where tcount is 0.136 < ttable is 2.007 with a significance of 0.893 > 0.05. Organizational commitment has a partially significant effect on performance where tcount is 2.283 > ttable is 2007 with a significance of
0.027 < 0.05 (2) the variables of incentives, human resource quality and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on performance where Fcount is 11,069 > Ftable is 2.79 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 (3) the results of the calculation of the value of determination indicate that the dominant variable has an effect on performance, namely the provision of incentives of 0.550. The R square value of 0.399 indicates that the research variables used are able to explain the performance variables with an accuracy of 39.9%.
