This study aims to determine and analyze 1). Partial influence of Work From Home (WFH), Technology Mastery and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency, 2). The simultaneous influence of Work From Home (WFH), Technology Mastery and Organizational Commitment on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency and 3). The most
dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency.
This research was conducted at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 30 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, observation and literature study. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach.
The results of the study concluded that 1). Partially Work From Home does not have a significant effect, in contrast to Technology Mastery and Organizational Commitment which partially has a significant influence on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency, 2). Simultaneously Work From Home, Mastery of Technology and Organizational Commitment have a significant influence on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency, 3). Organizational Commitment variable is the independent variable that most dominantly affects employee
performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Gowa Regency.
