Abstract

Deny Ratmodiharjo. 2021. Analysis of the Influence of Service Quality, Work Culture and Innovation on the Performance of the Makassar Port Police Security Unit (supervised by Muhammad Hidayat and Abdul Rahman Abdi).
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: whether service quality, work culture and innovation have an influence on the performance of the Makassar Port Police Security Unit.
The approach used in this research is qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted at the Intel and security unit of the Makassar Port Police,
South Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted for 2 months, starting in August and September 2020. The research population was all personnel of the Makassar Port Police Intelligence Unit, totaling 53 personnel. The sample
selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census) is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample of 53 personnel.
The results show that: 1) There is a significant effect of Service Quality on Performance with titung> table (6,185> 1,674) then the consequence is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted 2) There is a significant effect of Work Culture on
Performance with count> table (4,810> 1,674) then the consequence is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted 3) There is a significant influence of innovation on performance with count> table (3,930> 1,674), then the consequence is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted 4) There is a significant effect together on the Performance of the Makassar Port Police Intelligence Unit, where titung> table (88,748> 1,674) then the consequence is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that if the three variables are jointly increased it will affect the high
performance of the Makassar Port Police Security Service Unit.
