Abstract

Susilawati. 2021. The Effect of Work Motivation, Work Culture, and HR Development on Employee Performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of Parepare City, supervised by H. Mashur Razak and H. Muhammad Hidayat.
This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work culture and human resource development on employee performance at the National Unityand Political Agency of Parepare City.
The method used is the descriptive quantitative method. The data used are primary and secondary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires, direct observation, and literature study. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with proof of the hypothesis through t-test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and the f test to confirm the
relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously. The research was conducted by taking a sample of 35 respondents, the total number of employees at the National Unity and Political
Agency of Parepare City.
This study proves that (1) the variables of work motivation, work culture and HR development in the work environment have a partial influence on employee performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of Parepare (2) work motivation, work culture, and HR development simultaneously influence
employee performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of Parepare City (3) this study also shows that work motivation is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the National Unity and
Political Agency of Parepare City with a beta test value (dominant) of 0.473,while HR development variable is the variable with the lowest (domain) beta test value of 0.355
